We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging order; if your chipboard boxes or folding cartons do not meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or specially sized orders are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Securely pack the unused boxes in their original flat-packed bundles to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the carton.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping carrier; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned inventory for quality, we will process a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 5-7 business days.
